Q: Do you provide deliveries of steel?

A: We can get your steel delivered using a 3th party service. We do not provide this service ourselves, so Freight services will carry additional cost. Deliveres for the NY area can be arranged same day (depending on availability).

Q: Can we pick up steel at your warehouse location? If so, during what hours?

A: We absolutely permit and encourage our customers to come to our warehouse to pick up any size order of steel. We service pick up orders during our normal hours of operation, M-F, 7:00am to 5:00pm. If you have special needs, we can accommodate custom pick ups outside of our normal hours.

Q: Can we speak our native language to place orders?

A: Absolutely. We strive for our employees to be fluent in as many languages as we can offer. As of now, we are fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, Portugese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Macedonian, Serbian, and Bulgarian. We can accommodate special requests beyond the listing above, please ask when you call.

Q: Can we place special orders for steel that is not in stock?

A: Yes. We accommodate all customer requests and will go out of our way to organize fast procurement of sizes that may not be in stock. Given our strong relationships with North American steel mills, they will assist in our rolling and delivering sizes as timely as possible.
